The simple terms behind every order
When you place an order with us, you are agreeing to a few basic things. We have written them here in language that does not require a translator. The goal is clarity, not confusion.
Placing your order
You place an order by adding items to your cart and completing the checkout process. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. That includes the item cost, shipping, and any applicable duties or customs fees. There are no hidden charges added after you click the final button.
Once you complete checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we received your order, not that it has shipped. A separate shipping confirmation arrives when your order dispatches.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if we suspect fraud, if the item is out of stock, or if there was a pricing error. If we cancel your order, we will refund you in full. We will tell you why.
Pricing and payments
All prices are in US dollars. The price you see is the price you pay. We do not add surcharges for certain payment methods. We do not charge extra for international orders.
Payment is processed at the time of checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. We do not store your payment card information on our servers. Our payment processors handle that securely.
If a payment is declined or reversed after your order ships, we may contact you to resolve the issue. We will work with you to find a solution, but we reserve the right to cancel an order if payment cannot be completed.
Shipping and delivery
We ship worldwide with free shipping on every order, no minimum. Orders dispatch within one to three business days. Estimated delivery is six to twelve business days after dispatch.
All duties and customs fees are included in the price you pay. You will not receive a separate bill for these fees. If a carrier attempts to charge you for duties or customs, contact us and we will sort it out.
Delivery times are estimates. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. If your order is time-sensitive, contact us before ordering and we will tell you what to expect.
Returns and refunds
You have sixty days from delivery to return an item. The item should be unworn, unwashed, and in the condition you received it. Refunds are processed within five to ten business days after the return arrives.

Your account and information
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date. If your email address changes, update it. If your shipping address changes, update it before you place an order.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. If you believe someone has accessed your account without permission, contact us immediately.
We handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell it. We do not share it with anyone who does not need it to fulfill your order.
Prohibited uses
You agree not to use our site for anything illegal or harmful. That includes attempting to hack the site, using it to distribute malware, or placing fraudulent orders. If we suspect fraudulent activity, we will cancel the order and report it if necessary.
You also agree not to copy our content, images, or designs for commercial use. Everything on this site belongs to us. You are welcome to share links and screenshots for personal use. You are not welcome to use our work to make money without permission.
Limitation of liability
We are responsible for getting your order to you in the condition described. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.
If something goes wrong with your order, our responsibility is limited to replacing the item or refunding the purchase price. That is the extent of our liability.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page. If the changes are significant, we will make that clear. By continuing to use the site after changes are posted, you agree to the updated terms.
